Designed BY, WITH, and FOR people living with autism/autistic individuals.*

TRLA is a nonprofit organization that focuses on persons who are willing and able to put in the work related to developing better relationships in their lives, as a springboard to ongoing education and opportunities that others may have told them are not within their reach. The focus of everyone at TRLA is working with individuals who recognize that we can do “nothing about us, without us,” with every individual playing the most important part in developing their life path. Enroll today and experience for yourself how we are transforming lives through education, mentoring, and support!

*TRLA respects that each individual has the right to use the language that allows them to feel their strongest. In the autism community, some choose identity first language, as in “autistic person,” and some resonate with person first language, as in “person with autism.” It is the intent of TRLA to honor each individual and to get to personally know each attendee by name.

Training the Next Generation of Leaders

“What I’ve learned throughout my career as a leader and motivational speaker is that all of us have the ability to become leaders if we’re willing to put in the effort and invest in advancing our skill set. I want to fill the gap and help overlooked individuals have access to resources, mentors, and peers who understand their unique circumstances and use that knowledge to develop strong, confident individuals.”
